Due to the nature of products that The Doll's Traphouse offers, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If an order needs to be cancelled, we will only honor the cancellation if the order hasn't been shipped yet. If an order has already been shipped, we will not honor the cancellation nor give a refund. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please make sure that what is being ordered is exactly what is wanted.
